"Morning in Paris, the city awakes To the bells of Notre Dame... And some say the soul of the city's the toll Of the bells, the bells of Notre Dame" ---------------------------------------------------------------- I like how in Paris (or as in many others cities if you know them well) you can get your bearings with the famous buildings you can see all around. I found this cathedral magnificent, imposing, a memory of the past... (arousing the imagination) And you should see the inside... (it commands respect) Maybe it's all due to the moving legend, the timeless novel written by Victor Hugo? But I do like Gothic art too I think :) I

Aah~ Paris!

As I already said, I would not live there but I love to visit... So much things to see; a paradise for photographers! (if you adore old and beautiful monuments like me) It inspires me in many ways, For now, one of my favorites areas : Père Lachaise Cemetery (when I discovered this place, I was amazed by it!) So big, you can't do all of it in one time, Coming soon : - the Cathedral of Notre Dame of Paris, - The Opera Garnier (yes, the one with the Phantom!) And thank you for your +faves :) LL.
